    • PURPOSE: A leak detector is provided to detect the leak of the liquid injected into blood vessel and not to degrade a detection capability under the circumstance with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: The leak detector comprises a pulse transmit unit(403) for transmitting the pulse signal sequentially to the injected point of the body, a pulse detection unit(404) for detecting the pulse signal returned back from the body, a time measurement unit(411) for measuring the difference between transmitted and detected time, a differential calculating unit(413) for calculating the difference between the time measured by the time measurement unit(411) and the base time, a differential comparing unit(414) for comparing the difference calculated by the differential calculating unit(413) to the tolerance field and a leak alert unit(141) for alerting the leak when the difference compared by the differential comparing unit(414) exceeds the tolerance field.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic injection device is provided to effectively prevent liquid from being undesirably mixed and the injection amount thereof from becoming less accurate. CONSTITUTION: The automatic injection device(100) has piston holders(3a,3b) holding cylinder pistons and plural systems of heads having a drive mechanism for moving the piston holders forward and backward so that the device can hold a plurality of syringes and operates injection or suction in each syringe independently. This device also has a mechanism for prohibiting the backward-moving of the piston holder of a second head when the piston holder of a first head is in a forward-moving state and the piston holder of the second head is in a stopped state.
