摘要： PURPOSE: A device for measuring the bulging of a slab and a measuring method using the same are provided to optimize the processing condition of a second cooling zone by moving a unit to an arbitrary point. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for measuring the bulging of a slab comprises a housing(210), a supporting stand(220), a probe unit(230), a displacement sensor(240), a probe driving unit(250) and a cooling water feeding unit(260). The supporting stand is installed through the housing. The probe unit is bent in one end of the support stand and is pivotally installed. The probe unit touches in the slab and measures the bulging of the slab. The displacement sensor is installed in the other end of the support stand and is installed in order to measure the displacement of the probe unit. The probe driving unit is composed in order to rotate the probe unit.

摘要： PURPOSE: A device for measuring a molten steel flow of a continuous casting mold is provided to disperse a flow pattern of molten metal according to processing conditions. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a molten steel flow of a continuous casting mold comprises a measuring member(100), a supporting part(200) and a measuring member(300). The measuring member dips a lower end part to the inside of molten steel which is provided to the mold inside. The supporting part is combined with the measuring member to be penetrated and supports the measuring member to rotate using a rotating member. The measuring member is contacted when the measuring member moves according to the flow of molten steel. The measuring member measures a flow value of molten steel according to the moving displacement of the measuring member.
