CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a metallic bar comprising an integrated rubber support member is as follows. The surface of the metallic bar is coated by anti-corrosive dyes through a powder coating or an electrodeposition coating. An adhesive group includes chemlok-205, chemlok-207, chemlok-6125, cilbond-24, cilbond-80EV, and cilbond-12E. One or more adhesive in the adhesive group is mixed and sprayed on the metallic bar. The coated portion of the metallic bar is located on the molding spaces(21, 31) of first and second molds(20, 30), and a non-coated portion of the metallic bar is projected from the first and the second molds. Melted rubber fluid is formed in the first and the second molds.     • A composite of a metal with a resin in which the metal and the resin, especially a shaped base made of an ordinary steel material and a resin composition, can be tenaciously bonded and united to each other; and a process for producing the composite. A surface of a shaped ordinary steel material is treated by chemical etching or the like to form a thin iron autoxidation film layer the surface of which almost wholly has ultrafine irregularities. Hydrazine, ammonia, or a water-soluble amine is chemically adsorbed onto the treated steel material. The resultant steel material shape (1) is inserted into an injection die (10), and a specific resin composition (4) is injected thereinto. The surface of the steel material shape (1) may have a thin layer of a metal oxide or metal-phosphorus oxide. By this injection, a composite (7) is obtained in which the ordinary steel material has been tenaciously bonded and united to the resin. The resin composition (4) to be used contains a crystalline polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS) or polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT) as the main resin component.
