    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing 2,3-diaminopropanol and a method for preparing the compound represented by the formula 7 by using the 2,3-diaminopropanol are provided, by ring opening reaction of an optically pure aziridine. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of 2,3-diaminopropanol of the formula 2 comprises the steps of reacting the aziridine alcohol of the formula 1 with a halotrialkylsilane to open the ring of aziridine at a selective position; and reacting the obtained intermediate with an amine represented by NHR¬3R¬4. The preparation method of compound of the formula 7 comprises the steps of reducing the 2,3-diaminopropanol represented by the formula 5 to obtain the compound represented by the formula 6; and reducing the compound of the formula 6 in the presence of an amino protecting compound. In the formulas, R¬1 is H, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, 3-triazinyl or pyrimidyl acyl group, an aryl group, a hydrocarbon group, or an aralkyl group; R¬2 is H, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group of C2-C5, an aralkyl group, or a heteroaryl group; R¬3 and R¬4 are independent each other and are H, an alkyl group of C1-C12, an alkylcarbonyl group of C1-C12, an alkyloxycarbonyl of C1-C12, an aryl group, a mono- or dialkylamino of C1-C12, or a mono- or diaminocarbonyl of C1-C12, or they forms a ring together with nitrogen atom(wherein both R¬3 and R¬4 are not hydrogen).
