    • PURPOSE: A clutch plate for an automatic transmission clutch is provided to secure the smooth discharge of chips caused by abrasion by using an improved shape of oil groove. CONSTITUTION: A clutch plate(30) for an automatic transmission clutch comprises an oil groove(33). The oil groove is formed along the circumferential direction of the clutch plate. The oil groove is formed to accommodate an inlet(33a) having a bigger cross section than that of an outlet(33b). The depth of the oil groove in the outlet is formed to be deeper than that of the inlet. The both sides of the oil groove are formed to be opened to the inner and outer sides of the clutch plate. The gap between each groove is formed to have an outlet portion(L2) having larger length than that of an inlet portion(L1).

      이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 제조방법은, 소재를 이용하여 파이프본체(51) 및 홀컵플랜지(52a)를 구비한 다수개의 인젝터 홀컵(52)을 제작하는 단계와; 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)에 임시구멍(52b)을 뚫는 프리 피어싱 단계와; 상기 임시구멍(52b)이 형성된 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)을 상기 파이프본체(51)에 위치시켜서 고정시킨 다음, 서머 드릴(23)을 이용해 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)과 상기 파이프본체(51)를 연결하는 연료이동구멍(53)을 형성시키고, 상기 연료이동구멍(53)의 형성시에 상기 파이프본체(51)와 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)을 마찰열을 이용해 임시 결합시키는 단계와; 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)이 임시 결합된 상기 파이프본체(51)를 브레이징 로에 투입시켜서 상기 파이프본체(51)와 상기 인젝터 홀컵(52)이 일체로 결합된 완제품의 연료 딜리버리 파이프(50)를 제작하도록 된 것;을 특징으로 한다.

The user computer joins a server providing the contents based on the received IP address and port information, and perform normal authentication based on the authentication information(S500).
