CONSTITUTION: A moisture-proof coating composition contains a non-hydrogenated rosin, a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, and a drying agent. The rosin is selected from the group consisting of a gum rosin, a wood rosin, and a tall oil rosin. The non-hydrogenated vegetable oil contains castor oil. 7~76 parts of vegetable oil by weight is mixed with 100 parts of non-hydrogenated rosin by weight. A moisture-proof paper comprises a substrate, and a moisture-proof containing the moisture-proof coating composition.

The composition has high storage stability and forms a coating having excellent insulation value.
