摘要： PURPOSE: A distance maintaining apparatus for mold construction is provided to improve a linear accuracy through enforcement of a mold during the mold construction, improve safety and productivity of the work, and secure installation convenience of a fastening hardware in construction of a large sized mold. CONSTITUTION: A space maintainer(1) for mold construction comprises a tie bold and socket bolt assembly(10), a vertical member(20), a support bar(30), and a wedge(40). The tie bolt and socket bolt assembly are installed between an inner panel of a form(2) in a horizontal direction to maintain a gap of the mold. A socket bolt(12) is assembled by installing the vertical member at the outside of the inner panel of a form at a constant interval. The vertical member has a plurality of fastening holes in one side. The support bar is formed in a shape of a rod and is inserted into the fastening holes of the vertical member. The wedge is inserted and installed between the vertical member and support bar to support the tie bolt and socket bolt assembly.

A rotating body with stopping pins is installed at an upper side of the lower end of the weighing conveyor body.
