    • PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost using cheap recycled polylactic acid as a main raw material, to reduce stiffness of biodegradable fiber, and to effectively prevent the decrease in biodegradation property and melting index. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 90 wt% of recycled polylactic acid, 7 to 9 wt% of polybutylene succinate, and 1 to 3 wt% of polybutylene adipate terephthalate. A manufacturing method of biodegradable fiber for geotextile grouting comprises the steps of: melting the resin composition, spinning, drawing, drying, and heat-treating the melted resin composition through a spinneret(2), passing the yarn spinned through the spinneret before the drawing through a tub(B), and/or passing the yarn spinned through the spinneret through the tub containing a solution while drawing.

    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a false twist conjugate yarn for a down proof fabric is provided to improve dye fastness and to obtain the conjugate yarn with excellent uniformity and even bulkiness. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a false twist conjugate yarn for a down proof fabric comprises: a step of fusing nylon and polyester; a step of spinning the fused nylon and polyester at 275-280 deg. C and 3,000-3,500 m/min to prepare a splittable conjugate filament(1); a step of passing the conjugate filament through a first feed roller(2); a step of performing thermal treatment on the conjugate filament at 165-175 deg. C; a step of false-twisting the conjugate filament in a false-twisting ratio of 1.50-1.60, passing through a second feed roller(5), and drawing the same; and a step of treating the conjugate filament with oil and winding at 350-450 m/min.

    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an aramid air textured yarn is provided to improve loop stability, uniformity and bulkiness of a textured yarn and to use the textured yarn as an industrial reinforcement material. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an aramid air textured yarn comprises: a step of feeding aramid filaments as a core yarn(1) by a feed roller in an over feed rate of 5-15%; a step of feeding a polyamide filament of high strength as an effect yarn(2) in an over feed rate of 10-30%; a step of adding water to the core yarn and effect yarn; and a step of performing air-texture at pneumatic pressure of 5-20 kg/cm^2 and winding at 150-130 m/min. The method further comprises thermal treatment at 180-220 Deg. C. after air texture. The fineness of the aramid filament is 840-1500d/665-1000 fila.

CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring deodorization rate comprises: a sample holder(600) on which a fabric sample is selectively placed; a gas concentration measuring unit(200) which has the sample holder and a circulation channel and measures concentration value of gas passed through the sample holder; a gas storage unit(100) which independently stores various kinds of gas and is connected to the circulation channel; a gas flow control unit which selects one of the various kinds of gas and making the gas flow to the circulation channel in a predetermined flow amount; and a calculation unit(500) for calculating deodorization rate, connected to the gas concentration measurement unit. The gas storage unit comprises: a plurality of containers(110) for independently storing various kinds of gas; a connection tube(120) which is extended from each container; and a main connection tube(130) which connects the connection tubes with circulation channel.
