A blocking mechanism(70) includes a case, a piston, a hit unit, a spring, and a winding mechanism by being installed at an outer surface of the underground pipe. A fire sensing sensor(80) senses a fire in the distribution board. A control unit(90) controls operation of a driving motor of the blocking mechanism. An alarm device(100) outputs a fire state outside by controlling operation thereof through the control unit. A fire extinguishing mechanism(110) includes an injection nozzle(111) and a fire extinguishing gas valve(112) by being installed inside the distribution board case.

      상기와 같이 수전에 필요한 모든 구성기기들이 하나의 케이스(100)에 내장되어 일체형 수전반을 이룸으로써 설치면적이 줄어들고, 종래 개별 배전반들을 연결할 때 필요한 연결부재 및 이의 연결에 소모되는 인력과 시간이 크게 줄어들게 된다.
      또한, 공장에서 완성되어 현장에서 인입 및 인출선만을 연결하고 위치만 고정하면 되므로 설치자의 설치능력에 따른 영향이 최소화되어 출고 성능이 그대로 유지됨으로써 보다 원활한 전력수급이 가능하게 된다.
