    • 본 고안은 역화방지장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가스절단기는 물론 가스통, 가스레인지 등 각종 가스 기구의 카플러 등의 역화 방지가 필요한 모든곳에 응용하여 장착 사용할 수 있는 장치를 제공하므로서 가스 사용에 따른 안전사고나 기기파손 등의 재해를 최대한 방지할 수 있도록 고안한 역화방지장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 고안에 따르면 일측에 밸브가 수용되는 밸브수용실을 형성하고 타측으로 내경을 작게 관통하여 수용실의 내부로 가스가 주입되도록 가스주입로를 형성시킨 가스주입관과, 일측에 밸브 수용실의 끝단과 계합되는 계합단과 받침단이 형성되고 중앙 외주에 수개의 가스공을 일렬로 환설시켜 밸브수용실에 내삽 고정되는 밸브유도관과, 밸브유도관에 이동 자유롭게 외삽되어 가스공급시에는 공급압에 의해 전방으로 이동하면서 받침단에 지지되어 일치되는 가스공을 통해 가스가 유도관의 내부로 유입되게 하고, 가스 역류시에는 유도관을 따라 후방으로 이동되면서 가스공을 어긋나게 하여 일차적으로 가스공을 차단시킨 후 이차적으로 가스주입로를 차단시킬 수 있도록 일측에 가이드테가 환설되어 있고 외주에 밸브유도관의 가스공과 대응되는 가 스공이 관통되어 있으며 타측은 반구형의 볼로 막음된 밸브작동관으로 이루어진 역화방지장치가 제공된다.

    • PURPOSE: A gas burner structure of a gas instrument is provided to prevent a backfiring of a flame upon extinguishing a burner by installing a backfiring preventing net. CONSTITUTION: A burner comprises a nozzle for injecting a fuel, a mixing pipe(1) for introducing air, a burner body(3) formed integrally to the mixing pipe(1), a burner head(5) placed on the burner body(3), a burner cap(7) of disc plate placed on the burner head(5), a backfiring preventing net(30) and an ignition plug. The backfiring preventing net(30) is installed at a gas supplying hole(5a) formed at a center portion of the burner head(5). The backfiring preventing net(30) is formed by a net(32) of a hemisphere shape.

    • PURPOSE: A burner flame hole structure of a gas cooker is provided to prevent backfires by generating gas flow resistance in the opposite direction the discharge direction of gas while minimizing the gas flow resistance in the discharge direction of gas. CONSTITUTION: A flame hole structure comprises a gas discharge passage(H') having an inlet(A) and an outlet(B) and a stepped portion(T) is formed in the lateral section of the gas discharge passage to resist the opposite flow of gas. Furthermore, the stepped portion is vertically formed in the gas discharge passage. The diameter of the passage gets narrow from the inlet to the stepped portion and narrower from the stepped portion to the outlet. Herein, the gas discharge passage consists of a passage groove(91) formed in a burner cap(90) and a burner head(10) on which the burner cap is placed.

    • PURPOSE: Structure of flame holes is provided to prevent a backfire due to the ignition of the gas jetted from a gas burner. CONSTITUTION: Gas jet paths are formed in a body of a burner cap(60). A covering(63) for preventing inlet of foreign materials via a gap of a burner head(31') is extended from a jet hole(62) of the gas jet path. A flame hole depth portion is formed to make a flame hole depth having a path of the same sectional area as the area of the gas jet hole. By enlarging the inner upper face of the gas jet path to a specific area, the area of the gas jet hole, the sectional area between the side face of the flame hole depth portion and the end face of the covering, and the sectional area between the lower face of the flame hole depth portion and the bottom of the gas jet path become the same. If the flames flow into the flame hole depth portion, the flames are extinguished by the flame hole depth. Thereby, a backfire is avoided.

    • PURPOSE: An air jet burner for brown gas combustion is provided to employ an air jet method for supplying a small amount of compressed gas by a compressor. CONSTITUTION: Brown gas generated from a brown gas generation device is supplied to a brown gas injection hole(3), and compressed air generated in a compressor is supplied to a hollow part(7) of an air jet nozzle(32). Then the brown gas rises along with a second space part and reaches a mixing chamber(2) while the compressed air supplied erupts to an eruption hole(31a) formed on an end of the air jet nozzle and pushes the brown gas to the eruption hole(1a). The compressed gas is mixed with air in the mixing chamber so that the mixed air is sprayed at the eruption hole(1a). Herein, when an automatic ignition device is ignited, the flame heats the lower part of the heat emitting plate or a circumferential heat plate. Further, the heat spreading outside is accumulated on the lower part of the heat plate by a flame guide ring and heats the heat emitting plate for a short time. Thereby, the heat is transmitted to a heated body, and the flame emits radiant heat more.
