The present invention comprises a housing; the receiving tank for temporarily receiving and discharging the food wastes; the load cells installed between the inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the receiving tank to measure the weight of the food wastes received in the receiving tank while supporting the receiving tank against the housing; a pair of fastening strength adjustment members coupling first and second brackets to the load cells in a state where the first brackets positioned in the upper part to couple the load cells to the outer wall of the receiving tank and the second brackets positioned in the lower part to couple the load cells to the inner wall of the housing, and thread-coupled to enable the adjustment of fastening strength; and protection members having a wider height than the height of the load cells and fitted between the first and second brackets in a state where a gap is formed between the first brackets and the top of the load cells by releasing the fastening strength adjustment members to protect the load cells from the impact applied when a gap between the first and second brackets is reduced in the movement of a food waste disposal device.
