    • An extruder that can be cleaned more easily. The extruder has a feed roller support portion (23) rotatably supporting the feed roller (4) and installed so that the feed roller (4) can open and close the circular tube section (20) in such a way that the feed roller (4) separates from the screw (3) to open the inner space of the circular tube section (20). The scraper (5) is fixed to the feed roller support portion (23) such that the boundary between a guide surface (52) and the inner peripheral surface (20a) of the circular tube section (20) is opened when the feed roller support portion (23) is opened.

    • PURPOSE: A construction internal material, a molder and a producing method thereof are provided to accomplish simple construction by producing the construction internal material with a board and to improve the heat resistance, hardness and strength of the board. CONSTITUTION: A molder of a construction internal material is comprised of a synthetic resin material storage hopper(20), a powder storage hopper(10) for storing zeolite mixed up with a synthetic resin material; a screw type conveyer(30) for mixing and transferring the synthetic resin material and the zeolite while preheating the synthetic resin material and the zeolite with the heat generated by a band heater(40); an extruder hopper(50) for storing the transferred mixture; and an extruder(60) for extruding the mixture with a board. To produce the construction internal material, the zeolite and the synthetic resin material are supplied to a transfer unit. The zeolite and the synthetic resin material are mixed by the heat generated by the band heater and transferred to one side of the transfer unit. Then, the mixture is produced into the board.
