    • PURPOSE: A paint falling prevention panel for protection of a coated object is provided to prevent a small amount of paint which is not adhered to the surface of a coated object from falling off and staining the other coated objects or surrounding objects while transferring the coated object on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A paint falling prevention panel for protection of a coated object comprises a base plate(100), a catchment frame(200), and one pair of holders(300). The base plate has a groove which is radially formed from a central hollow part(130) to surrounding edges on the top surface thereof. The catchment frame includes a conical-shaped shaft installing part(210), and multiple fastening holes(220) for being fixed at the bottom of the central hollow part of the base plate. The one pair of holders includes a head part(310) in which a central hollow part is punched so as to hold a latching member and a body(320) extended from the head part and inserted through the though-hole of the base plate and fixed at the shaft installing part of the catchment frame.

The nozzle tip part jets the stored sealing materials. The piston rod part elevates with the piston head. The stored sealing materials are pressurized to the direction of the nozzle tip part and are released. The elasticity adjusting part adjusts the elasticity of the compressive spring. The stroke adjusting part adjusts the stroke of the piston head.
