      상기 용융 배재슬래그의 건식처리 장치는, 용융 배재슬래그와 용융잔선을 분리시키어 배출노즐을 통하여 배출시키는 용기와, 상기 슬래그 배출노즐의 직하부에 냉각되면서 회전 구동되고, 이로 부터 낙하된 용융 배재슬래그를 1차 냉각시키는 냉각회전체 및, 상기 냉각회전체가 수용되면서 턴디쉬 하부에 벽체가 냉각되도록 배치되어 냉각회전체에 접촉후 낙하하는 입상의 배재슬래그를 2차 냉각시키는 냉각용기를 포함하여 구성되어 있고, 이를 통하여 용융배재슬래그를 2차의 냉각을 통하여 건식으로 처리하는 방법이 제공된다..
      이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 배재슬래그 처리시 금속.철성분(Metal.Fe)의 함량을 낮추어 슬래그 활용을 용이하게 하면서, 특히 용융 배재슬래그의 처리구조가 건식형태로 그 처리비용을 낮추고, 용융 배재슬래그의 처리작업의 조업환경도 개선시키는 한편, 용융 배재슬래그를 용융상태에서 잔선을 분리하고 건식 냉각처리하여 입상화함으로서, 후 처리작업도 용이하게 하는 보다 개선된 효과를 얻는다.

    • PURPOSE: A reducing method of sludge discharged from neutralization process of acid washing wastewater of stainless steel is provided, which can reutilize the waste from steel work and reduce consumption of hydrated lime and discharge amount of sludge. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) dip waste containing line and magnesium in water and agitate for at least 5 min.; (ii) extract the supernatant which contains lime and magnesium and the pH of which is more than 10; and (iii) neutralize Fe(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2, Cr(NO3)3, F- and No3- containing wastewater that is discharged from acid washing of stainless steel with the extracted solution to separate solution in which calcium nitrate is dissolved; and (iv) discharge the precipitates of FeOOH, Ni(OH)2, Cr(OH)3, CaF2 residue as sludge.

Whereby, converter slag can be used as a soft ground improving material directly without treating converter slag in advance. CONSTITUTION: This method comprises the steps of: forming a drain layer at the upper part of soft ground; forming a loading material layer thereon; collecting water discharged from soft ground to a water sump, wherein the drain layer or/and loading material layer are formed by converter slag, a precipitate of white water collected in the water sump is separated from supernatant liquid, and the supernatant liquid is added with sea water to adjust the pH of supernatant liquid to 9 or less and COD thereof to 4 or less.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of seawater magnesia with low silica and ferric oxide contents by reacting decarbonated seawater with effluent from steelmaking slag in stead of conventional slake lime-based emulsion. CONSTITUTION: Seawater magnesia is prepared by reacting slag effluents with decarbonated seawater to be pH10 or more to get Mg(OH)2 precipitates, washing, and sintering at 1000deg.C. The slag effluents are obtained by grinding slag to less than 45micrometer, adding water to be pH12 or more, aging over 10hrs, and filtering to remove Si and Fe precipitates such as Fe(OH)3 and (Si(OH)4)n, where the slag comprises CaO and SiO2 as main components, and MgO.
