    • PURPOSE: A passive type wireless memory device is provided to perform adaptive data transfer according to a channel state and improve a data transfer speed. CONSTITUTION: A passive RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag(300) transmits data stored in a memory device(400) to a reader by converting the data into a data packet by responding to a first and a third data request signal of a reader(200). The passive tag determines the size of a data packet by responding to the second/third request signal and a channel state prediction flag. The reader transmits a first data requesting signal including an address of a data which will be accesses to the passive tag.

    • PURPOSE: An RFID system including an operation method of an RFID device and the RFID device is provided to improve data storage efficiency of the RFID device and system by partitioning data to save according to storage capacity of an RFID tag and saving partitioned data in the RFID tag. If the size of data to save is smaller than the storage capacity of the RFID tag, the RFID device writes the data to save in one tag. The RFID device writes data division information in each RFID tag.
