    • PURPOSE: Lacquer resin is provided to manufacture a functional master batch of lacquer composition to be variously applied to the chemical fiber thread of functional lacquer composition or plastic or film by resigning and oxidizing the lacquer composition which has difficult drying conditions and remove the toxins. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of resins master batch using lacquering resin puts 1000g of lacquer resin into the reaction bath (1) for heating at 45-60°C. Lacquer resin composition is prepared by stirring for two hours after putting one compound selected between 50g of hydrogen peroxide (35%) or 10g of potassium permanganate powder and gradually mixing 30g of one selected between the terephine oil and the carbon disulfide to the lacquer composition. Then it is transferred to the following dryer (3). A net is made with 3mm sten wire in two by two mm inside the dryer (3). The net is manufactured as a cylindrical net of 1.5m diameter. 1000g of one resin which selected from the cylindrical resin raw material chip PET, nylon, Acryl, PP, PE, PC is put inside the net of dryer with 100g of the manufactured lacquer resin composition to be rotated for one hour at 60RPM at 30°C. Lacquer composition resin which friction never falls down by evenly coated with lacquer resin on the surface of resin chip is manufactured by drying one more hour by maintaining the dryer at 60°C internally after one hour, and maintaining at 80°C for one more hour to rotate. Lacquer resin is manufactured by transferring the coated and dried lacquer composition resin chip to the melting extruder (5) in the dryer (3). Numbers of resin thread which is 3mm thick compressed from the melting compressor, pass through the cooling unit to manufacture 3mm length 3mm size of the resin chip master batch in the cutter (7) and are packed at the packing machine (8).

    • A method for preparing a nanosilver pigment master batch is provided to allow dyeing of a resin or plastic while imparting excellent antibacterial property and volatility to the resin or plastic. A method for preparing a nanosilver pigment master batch comprises the steps of: (i) introducing 300 g of silver ingot into a dissolution container, adding nitric acid thereto to dissolve silver, agitating the resultant silver solution with 100 g of stannous chloride dissolved in 100 ml of hydrochloric acid, adding 150 g of zinc oxide dissolved in 500 g of caustic soda solution(pH 13) to the silver solution to adjust the pH into a neutral pH of 7.5, evaporating water from the neutralized solution to obtain a silver salt as powder, dissolving 150 g of the silver salt into 300 ml of water, adding 150 ml of hydrogen peroxide thereto to perform vigorous decomposition of silver and to obtain a silver solution, and mixing 600 g of the silver solution with 200 ml of ethyl alcohol and 200 ml of isopropyl alcohol to obtain a nanosilver solution; (ii) impregnating 1,000 g of a pigment with 1,000 g of the nanosilver solution, followed by drying and re-pulverizing it to obtain 1,000 g of a nanosilver pigment; (iii) mixing 1,000 g of a polyethylene resin with 300 g of the nanosilver pigment and metering the nanosilver pigment; (iv) introducing and mixing the resin and nanosilver pigment in an extruder, extruding the composition, and cooling the extruded composition in the form of multiple strands with a thickness of 2 mm or higher, followed by cutting them into chips with a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 3 mm.
