    • An enveloping device (1) which can perform a process for producing an envelope and inserting a content into the envelope continuously at a high speed.     • PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing eco-friendly envelopes is provided to brightly form a printing unit, and to environmentally produce the envelopes using no fluorescent paper. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (1) for manufacturing eco-friendly envelopes comprises a cutter (10), a pattern embossing unit (20), an adhesive sprayer (30), and a folding unit (40). The cutter cuts no fluorescent paper (2) into an envelope shape. The pattern embossing unit forms a printing part by embossing letters on the no fluorescent paper using a roller. The adhesive sprayer sprays adhesive on an overlapped part of a rear side of the envelope. The folding unit folds up the rear side of the envelope and a lower sealed part to a front part.
