    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide nano-particles using hydrothermal synthesis is provided to manufacture high purity anatase titanium oxide nano-particles with excellent crystallization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide nano-particles using hydrothermal synthesis comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing titanium tetra isopropoxide with alcohol(s101); mixing hydrochloric acid with the mixture and agitating thereof(s103); mixing purified water with the mixture and agitating thereof(s105); heat treating titania hydrosol and hydrothermally synthesizing thereof(s107); and removing volatile component contained in the titania sol(s109). In the first step, 50-100 parts by weight of alcohol is mixed with 1 part by weight of titanium tetra isoproxide. In the second step, 0.01-0.4 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the mixture. In the third step, 70-300 parts by weight of purified water is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the mixture.     • 目的:提供使用水热合成的氧化钛纳米颗粒的制造方法,以制备具有优异结晶性的高纯度锐钛矿型氧化钛纳米颗粒。 构成:使用水热合成的氧化钛纳米颗粒的制造方法包括以下步骤:通过混合四异丙醇钛与醇(s101)制备混合物; 将盐酸与混合物混合并搅拌(s103); 将纯净水与混合物混合并搅拌(s105); 热处理二氧化钛水溶胶及其水热合成法(s107); 并除去二氧化钛溶胶中含有的挥发性成分(s109)。 在第一步中,将50-100重量份的醇与1重量份的四异丙醇钛混合。 在第二步中,将0.01-0.4重量份的盐酸与100重量份的混合物混合。 在第三步中,将70-300重量份纯化水与100重量份混合物混合。 (附图标记)(AA)开始; (BB)结束; (S101)制造混合物; (S103)混合盐酸; (S105)混合纯净水; (S107)水热合成; (S109)干燥
