    • PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous composition of lysophospholipids containing lysophosphatidylethanolamine, lysophosphatidylinositol and lysophosphatidylcholine which are effective for the inhibition of cell senescence. The composition is soluble in water and is thus easily applied to a plant or an animal. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous composition of lysophospholipids contains lysophosphatidylethanolamine(LPE), lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC) and lysophosphatidylinositol(LPI). When the concentration of LPE to water is 0.1 to 5% by weight, the content of LPC is characteristically 20 to 60% by weight in the composition of lysophospholipids containing LPE and LPC. However, when the concentration of LPE to water is greater than 0.5% by weight and smaller than 2% by weight, each content of LPC, LPI and LPE is 10-50% by weight, 10-50% by weight and 40-60% by weight, respectively in the composition of lysophospholipids containing LPE, LPC and LPI.

CONSTITUTION: A microcapsulation method of phosphatidyl serine comprises: step (a) of dissolving phorphatidyl serine in a cooling oil and preparing a phosphatidyl serin liquid composition; step (b) of mixing modified starch and water and preparing a starch solution before or after step (a) or simultaneously; step (c) of mixing and homogenizing the starch solution and phosphatidyl serine liquid composition and emulsifying; and step (d) of drying the emulsified liquid. The phosphatidyl serine liquid composition contains fish oil containing DHA or EPA, Serenoa repens fruit extract, vitamin, or perfume.

    • An antimicrobial composition containing calcium oxide and additionally spirits is provided. A method of preserving food using the same is also provided to extend the shelf life of the food and thus to extend the distribution period. Calcium is ground and subjected to ashing at 550 to 3,000deg.C and an electric current passing at 220 to 5,000V for 60 to 180min to give an antimicrobial composition containing calcium oxide. The antimicrobial composition contains additionally spirits and has an antimicrobial activity against Bacillus cereus or Escherichia coli. The antimicrobial composition is formulated into powder, granule, tablet, pill, a sugar coated tablet, capsule, liquid, gel, syrup, slurry, suspension and injection solution.

    • A method of preparing calcium-fortified bean curd by immersing soybeans in immersion liquid containing calcium oxide and coagulating soybean milk with a coagulant containing calcium oxide is provided, in which the product is rich in calcium and useful in maintaining good health. First, soybeans are immersed in immersion liquid containing calcium oxide and crushed to produce soybean milk. Then, the soybean milk is coagulated with a coagulant, sterilized at 80 to 90deg.C for 30 to 40min and packaged with filling liquid containing calcium oxide. The calcium oxide is obtained by heating algae calcium at 550 to 3,000deg.C and applying a voltage of 220 to 5,000V for 60 to 180min. The coagulant is obtained by mixing 12 to 48% by weight of calcium oxide, 1 to 5% by weight of monoglyceride, 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of diglyceride, 20 to 40% by weight of vegetable oil and 29.5 to 41.5% by weight of distilled water and agitating.
