    • The present invention relates to a drying apparatus system having a heat exchanger. More specifically, the present invention relates to a drying apparatus system having a heat exchanger, wherein the drying apparatus system capable of being used at high efficiency and low power is capable of recycling waste heat from a dryer by allowing the waste heat to exchange heat through the heat exchanger, thereby saving fuel costs, and using the drying apparatus system at low and high temperature. According to the present invention, an apparatus drying a product by heating an object to be coated comprises: a dryer (100) drying the object by heating the object; a heat exchanger (104) installed to be connected to one side of the dryer (100), and by which the temperature of waste heat air discharged after drying the object in the dryer (100) is raised to high temperature through heat exchange; and an air supply blower (108) having one side installed to be connected to the heat exchanger (104), blowing the waste heat air of which the temperature was raised to the high temperature by the heat exchanger (104), and having an electric heater (110) by which the temperature of the waste heat air is raised and the waste heat air is supplied to the dryer (100). Therefore, the apparatus having the heat exchanger is capable of obtaining the high efficiency using the waste heat remaining in the dryer, and is capable of largely improving productivity by saving the fuel. In addition, the apparatus is capable of being used at the high and the low temperature incapable of being realized in the dryer, is capable of improving workability when used in various temperature ranges, and is capable of improving the quality of the product and being used in precise and expensive equipment by increasing work efficiency.

    • PURPOSE: Building materials having superior insulation and sound insulation performances is provided to improve a tensile strength of a polyether based polyurethane foam and a sound insulation performance by joining with polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION: A building materials having superior insulation and sound insulation performances comprises a polyether based polyurethane foam(10), a reinforcement material(20), and a finishing material(30). The reinforcement material is arranged in the inner side of polyether based polyurethane foam to improve a tensile strength of the polyether based polyurethane foam. The finishing material is formed in a side of the polyurethane foam. The finishing material protects the polyurethane foam from an external force or foreign substances, thereby absorbing or secluding noises with the polyurethane foam and reinforcement material.
