摘要： An onion peeler designed to continuously and quickly peel skin of onion by spraying water to the onion while transferring the onion whose root part and stem part are cut is provided. It improves working efficiency and prevents the discomfort of the worker from the pungent odor of the onion. A first discharge hole(32) is formed at a side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic clove, and a second discharge hole(33) is formed at another side of the sorting unit(30) to discharge the garlic core, the garlic root and the garlic coat. A power transmission unit(40) is provided at a predetermined location of the garlic clove separator(100) to drive the conical drum and the air blower.
