    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconsistency between a protruded state of a button pressing part and the contents of a performance of a game machine, to have an impact on a player by the protrusion of the button pressing part, and to prevent the damage on a body driving part for moving the pressing part when the button pressing part is operated by pressing by excessive force.SOLUTION: A button operation mechanism includes: a supporting body part 43 which supports the button pressing part 41 to be operated by pressing and is supported by the game machine to protrude and retreat; a compression coil spring 55 which biases the supporting body part in a protruding direction; the body driving part 60 which moves the supporting body part 43 by the power of a first motor 61 and has a power disconnecting clutch 70 which disconnects the transmission of the power from the supporting body part 43 when the button pressing part 41 is operated by pressing with excessive force; a power transmission clutch 80 which transmits/disconnects the power of the first motor 61 to/from the body driving part 60; a clutch driving part 90 which connects/disconnects the clutch; and a control part 100 which protrudes the button pressing part 41 by the power of the first motor 61 after the extension of the compressed compression coil spring 55 and retreats the button pressing part 41 by the power of the first motor 61.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact absorbing pedal, capable of properly absorbing impact energy inputted to a foot of an occupant even where the seated position or the size of physique is varied. SOLUTION: An accelerator pedal 3 is provided around a foot place for the occupant in a vehicle room to rotate forward and rearward of the vehicle around a rotation shaft 9. A resistance means 19 is provided to provide the rotation shaft 9 of the accelerator pedal 3 with resistance to a collision load from the forward side of the vehicle. Rotation of the accelerator pedal 3 rearward due to the collision load is thus stopped at a prescribed position by the resistance means 19 in this impact absorbing pedal.
