    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an environment testing device for contributing to energy saving by lowering the lower limit of the capability of cooling means 50, and reducing the operation chance of a heating heater 6 after an environment in a test room 3 is stabilized.SOLUTION: An environment testing device 1 includes a test room 3, the cooling means 50, a heating heater 6, a humidification device 7 and a blower 8. The cooling means 50 includes cooling circuits 51 and 52 of two systems. The cooling circuit 52 for control is a cooler/humidifier whose capacity is smaller than that of the cooling circuit 51 for load, and includes a control side compressor 65, a control side heat exchanger 66, a control side condenser 67, an electromagnetic valve 73, control side expansion means (capillary tube) 68 and a control side vaporizer 69. The control side vaporizer 69 is formed of a bare tube 76 made of stainless steel. Necessary cold heat quantity is calculated, the opening time of the electromagnetic valve 73 per fixed time matching to the necessary quantity is calculated, and the electromagnetic valve 73 is opened only in this time to introduce a coolant to the control side vaporizer 69.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain each room in a comfortable environmental state by measuring the physical quantity of the temperature or the humidity of each room and at the same time obtaining the weighted, average value of the physical quantity of each room, outputting the weighted, average value as a process variable, and controlling the operation valve of the air-conditioning equipment. SOLUTION: The measurement results of a thermometer T, a hygrometer, or the like being installed at rooms 31 and 32 whose air-conditioning should be controlled are introduced to a controller 6 for controlling air-conditioning. The controller 6 is provided with a process variable operation means for calculating a process variable based on measurement temperatures T1 and T2 of the rooms 31 and 32 and a control operation means for obtaining the manipulated variable for operating an air-conditioning equipment operation value using the calculated process variable. Then, the control operation means obtains an manipulated variable MV where a deviation reaches zero based on the deviation between a room temperature preset value and the weighted, average value of the process variable, thus creating a comfortable environment even if air- conditioning in the rooms 31 and 32 fluctuates.
