    • PURPOSE:To provide a clock supply circuit which detects the ringing of an output clock signal basing on the error signal produced between a source clock signal and the output clock signal of the clock supply circuit and then automatically select a damping resistance to minimize the ringing. CONSTITUTION:An error signal extracting means 6 extracts a difference signal produced between the source clock signal of a clock oscillator 2 and the clock signal of an output terminal 5 of a clock supply circuit. The comparator means 14 and 17 compare an error signal 6a with threshold voltage levels 15 and 16 via peak value detector means 8 and 9 and peak value storing means 10 and 11, respectively. Then, a damping resistance selecting means 20 is controlled basing on the results of comparison of both means 14 and 17. Thus, the optimum one is selected out of a group 4 of damping resistances.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a hydraulic clock which displays at a high accuracy with a small motive power by controlling a motor by detecting the hydraulic turbine rotating error from the index pulse of the rotating speed of a hydraulic turbine and the standard pulse of a standard clock, and increasing or decreasing the water volume in a water reservoir so as to correct the error. CONSTITUTION:A water level sensor 54 detects the water level of a water reservoir 3, and when the water level reaches a specific height or higher, or less than a specific amount, a motor 52 is stopped, and the pumping up of the water by a water supply pump 53 is stopped. And an index pulse generated by a rotation speed detector 46, and a standard pulse generated by a standard clock 44 are compared, so as to detect an error of the rotating speed of a hydraulic turbine 2, and the drive of the motor 52 is controlled depending on this error, to increase or decrease the water amount in the water reservoir 3, so as to correct the error. Consequently, the error can be corrected by a small motive power, and a highly accurate display can be made.
