    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter which can rapidly lift a plurality of operators in a dry gas holder without using an electric motor. SOLUTION: The lifter provided in the dry gas holder 1 includes a cylindrical side plate 2, a ceiling part 3 covering the upper part of the side plate 2, a piston 5 provided so as to be lifted along an inner peripheral surface of the side plate in accordance with the entry and discharge of gas, and a piston deck 7 provided on the piston 5. The lifter is formed with a spiral stair body 20 having a plurality of stair units 22 connected vertically so as to be relatively movable. The spiral stair body 20 is arranged spirally along the inner peripheral surface 2a of the side plate 2 between the ceiling part 3 and a piston deck 7. The upper end part of the spiral stair body 20 is fixed to the ceiling part 3.
