摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid fault such that an agitating impeller is brought into contact with a recessed part, a container is broken, and thereby, a viscous fluid flows out by arranging a means for preventing a damage of a container caused by contact of the agitating impeller and the inner surface of the container. SOLUTION: An agitating impeller 1 is installed on a lower end surface of a driving shaft, and a pump is operated. In the case where a recess is generated on a container and the agitating impeller 1 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the container, an excessive torque is generated, a boundary part 11 is sheared between an installing bolt hole 2 and a shearing hole 3, and those holes 2, 3 are communicated with each other. As a result, a driving shaft S is rotated, and however, the agitating impeller 1 is stopped so as to block a damage (breakage) of the container. A distance T of the boundary part 11 (a damage preventing means D is thus constituted) formed between the holes 2, 3, is set by a material of the agitating impeller 1 to be used, and a driving torque of a motor to be used. Sufficient strength is necessary for agitating a viscous fluid normally, and the boundary part 11 is sheared by contact of the agitating impeller 1 and the inner surface of a recessed part on the container.
