摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of switching action in a fluid operated valve switching method in which fluid passages are switched from one to another by use of a fluid operated valve such as a pneumatic valve. SOLUTION: In a fluid operated valve switching device 1 which has a fluid operated type normally open valve AV1 and normally closed valve AV2, a solenoid valve SV1 controlling the supply of operating fluid to the normally open valve AV1, and a solenoid valve SV2 controlling the supply of the operating fluid to the normally closed valve AV2, and which opens the normally closed valve after the normally open valve is closed for switching of flow passages, a contact S2 for passing current to the solenoid valve SV2 is turned on at a point T1 within an operating period during which the normally open valve AV1 moves from an open position T0 to a closed position T2 . Using the operating time (from T0 to T2 ) of the normally open valve AV1, the solenoid valve SV2 for supplying the operating fluid to the normally closed valve AV2 is operated, so that the time width t1 of closure of the flow passage, and therefore the time width (t1+t2) of switching of the flow passages, can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the responsiveness and make a driving portion compact, by providing a movable disc supported to a torsionally elastically deformable torsion bar adapted to be rotated by a piezoelectric element, and also providing a fixed disc mounted to a valve housing. CONSTITUTION:When a valve is in a closed position, each slit 2 of a movable disc 1 is slightly slipped circumferentially from each slit 4 of a fixed disc 3. When a voltage signal is applied to a piezoelectric element 8, the piezoelectric element 8 is extended downwardly [in the direction of an arrow (a)] to twist a torsion bar about its axis (b) by a torsional moment FXL. As a result, the movable disc 1 is rotated in the direction of an arrow (c) to make the slits 2 and 4 coincide with each other, thereby opening the valve. When the voltage signal is cut off, the torsion bar 5 is returned to the original condition before twisted by the elastic force, thereby making the slits 2 and 4 out of communication with each other.
