    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control device capable of supplying fuel to an injection system immediately after fueling. SOLUTION: A fuel supply control device 20 is provided with a fuel lid open close sensor 17, an oil pan level sensor 18 and ECU 19. The ECU 19 determines whether fueling action is completed or not based on information from the fuel lid open-close sensor 17. When the ECU determines that fueling action is completed, the ECU determines whether fuel quantity in an oil pan 3 is less than a lower limit level or not based on data from the oil pan level sensor 18. When fuel quantity is less than the lower limit level, a drive command is issued to an electric supply pump 6 to supply oil to the oil pan 3 to enable to supply fuel to the injection system 12 from the oil pan 3 even right after fueling.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for a diesel engine performing lubrication by using fuel such as light oil, simple in structure with and reduced in the number of parts.
      SOLUTION: The lubricating device (1) is provided with an injection system fuel supply path (4) feeding fuel in an oil tank (2) into a cylinder having a cylinder arranged therein. The injection system fuel supply path (4) includes a high pressure supply pump (5) and a common rail (6) having high pressure fuel fed from the high pressure supply pump (5). A first head fuel supply path (8a) is branched from the high pressure supply pump (5), and return fuel from the high pressure supply pump (5) is supplied to an engine head. A second head fuel supply path (8b) is branched from the common rail (6) and return fuel from the common rail (6) is supplied to the engine head.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-cycle engine from which a recovery mechanism for lubricating oil is eliminated, which can be operated even through it is turned by an angle of 360 deg., and which is lightweight, small-sized with a high output power, and inexpensive. SOLUTION: In a four-cycle engine, an intake valve 1, an exhaust valve and a spark plug 3 are provided in the top part of a cylinder 4. In this arrangement, an inlet port 6 for mixture of fuel and air is formed in the inner wall 4a of the cylinder 4 so that the mixture is fed from a carburetor into the cylinder 4. The inlet port 6 is formed at a position in the inner wall 4a, at which it is opened when a piston 7 comes to a position in the vicinity of the top dead center, and is closed by the piston when the piston 7 takes positions other than the above-mentioned position. A flow passage 9 for the mixture is provided between a crank chamber 8 and the intake valve 1, extending through an outlet port 10 for the mixture, which is formed in the inner wall of the crank chamber, and passing by the outside of the inner wall 4a of the cylinder so as to be communicated with the intake valve 1.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of power and to improve a lubricating effect, by a method wherein, through utilization of a difference between negative pressures at the upper part of a surface level of oil and in the oil in a crank chamber, produced as a result of reciprocating movement of a piston, and a centrifugal force, lubrication is practicable as the oil is pumped up. CONSTITUTION:When a crank shaft 3 is rotated through the medium of a connecting rod 7 as a result of reciprocating movement of a piston 9, at position where the piston 9 reaches an upper limit, an oil passage 13, formed in a crank pin 6, is communicated with a timing hole 14 provided in a large end part 7a of the connecting rod, and a high negative pressure, produced by a pulsating pressure in a crank chamber 2, is exerted on the outlet of the hole 14. The crank pin 6 and the large end part 7a of the connecting rod, in which said passage 13 and the hole 14 are provided, are rotated at a high speed at position which is located eccentrically from the center of the crank shaft 3, and thereby, a suction function, caused by a high centrifugal force, is exerted. As a result, the oil in the base of a crank case 1 is pumped up through said passage 13 and the hole 14 to perform lubrication of a bearing 4 and sliding parts 6a and 7a.
