摘要：【課題】転炉の内張り耐火物のように長期間にわたって昇温と降温が繰り返される条件で使用され、さらには内部の温度勾配が非常に大きい条件で使用される場合でも、熱応力により発生する亀裂の進展が抑制されて高い耐用性が得られる黒鉛含有耐火物の製造法を提供する。【解決手段】黒鉛含有量が1〜80質量%の耐火物原料の成型体x 0 の表面の少なくとも一部に、1m 2 当たりの質量が40〜1300gの炭素繊維織物yを接着剤a 0 を介して接着し、成型体x 0 で構成される耐火物本体xの表面の少なくとも一部に、接着剤a 0 で構成される接着剤硬化物aを介して炭素繊維織物yが接着された黒鉛含有耐火物であって、常温から1000℃まで昇温させたときの接着剤硬化物aの熱膨張率と耐火物本体xの熱膨張率の差が2.0%以下、1000℃から常温まで降温させたときの接着剤硬化物aの残存膨張率と耐火物本体xの残存膨張率の差が2.0%以下である黒鉛含有耐火物を得る。【選択図】図1
