    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating waste oil at a place of its generation, capable of safely performing the regeneration treatment of lubricating waste oil, organic solvent, thinner, etc., and also having a mechanism of easily taking out remaining sludge. SOLUTION: This method for treating the waste oil is provided by ejecting the waste oil which is performed with a simple oil and water separation and filtration, from a single or multiple number of waste oil ejection nozzles into a thermally decomposing chamber or a rapidly evaporating chamber, thermally decomposing in a heated reducing atmosphere, rapidly cooling and sucking to obtain a good quality hydrocarbon (oil). By using a contact point-heating method or mist-heating method as a principle, a device is constituted as capable of aiming at the prevention of the piling of sludge, etc., formed by the thermal decomposition of carbonized materials, and the long term operation is maintained. Also, the materials having a high evaporating property such as the organic solvent, thinner, etc., can be treated by a low temperature regeneration, also an inert gas atmosphere is formed from an upper part regeneration-evaporating chamber to a liquefaction-condensing chamber, and the cooling capacity is improved by cooling the inert gas.
