    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling machine which detects even a small amount of a leak when a beverage leaks especially in a retention liquid reservoir, in a liquid filling machine having a retention liquid reservoir used in filling a beverage such as beer or soft drink into a liquid container such as a barrel.
      SOLUTION: A retention liquid reservoir 12 is provided in a supply pipe 6. A material 21 which changes a color by absorbing moisture is mounted to the reservoir 12 and a sensor 19 which detects a color change is mounted on the material 21. When there is beverage leakage in the reservoir 12, the sensor 19 detects the leak.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pressure fluctuation of liquid when the liquid kept in a filling machine is transported through a liquid transporter connected to the liquid filling machine for use in filling a container such as a barrel and the like with liquids such as beer, soft drinks or the like.
      SOLUTION: This liquid transporter comprises a transporting pipe 3 communicating with a liquid charging machine 1, a liquid transporting pump 6 arranged at the transporting pipe 3 to transport liquid to the charging machine 1, a servo-motor 7 for rotationally driving the liquid transporting pump 6, a pressure sensor 8 arranged in the transporting pipe 3 for detecting the pressure of liquid transported by the liquid transporting pump 6, and an electronic control device 9 connected to each of the pressure sensor 8 and the servo-motor 7. The pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 8 is transmitted to the electronic control device 9, driving of the servo-motor 7 is controlled by the electronic control device 9 in such a way that this pressure value may be kept at a constant value and then liquid is charged in the container while pressure fluctuation of the liquid is reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer filling apparatus which saves space and facilitates maintenance work for the apparatus as a whole. SOLUTION: The beer filling apparatus 1 comprises a filter/storage tank 3 in which beer is stored, a filling section 5 which fills a barrel container 20 with the beer, and a main pipe 7 through which the beer is supplied from the filter/storage tank 3 to the filling section 5. The apparatus 1 also includes pressure sensors (a third pressure sensor 13 and a fourth pressure sensor 15) which senses the inner pressure of the main pipe 7, a main valve 14 which adjusts the flow rate of the beer flowing through the main pipe 7, a filling control means 4 which controls the opening/closing of the main valve 14, and a flow rate sensor 25 which measures the flow rate of the beer flowing into the barrel container 20.
