摘要： PURPOSE:To let each life preserver be housed in a compact state as well as to let it be quickly expanded and developed at time in use so as to let both specified buoyancy and circumferential length be secured. CONSTITUTION:A gas cylinder 7 is connected to one end of each resin hose buoyant body 6 which is roughly in a flat shape when no gas is filled in, and can be folded or wound up, and the other end of the cylinder is blocked. And the resin hose buoyant bodies 6 are folded in a state that they are connected to each other, so as to be housed in a container 2. In the case of a disaster and the like, gas is filled into the resin hose buoyant bodies 6 out of the cylinder 7, the bodies are expanded so as to be developed, so that specified buoyancy is thereby produced. By this constitution, the specified buoyant bodies can be housed in container in a compact state, and they can be quickly expanded so as to be developed in a specified shape in the case of a disaster, so that both specified buoyancy and circumferential length can thereby be secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cut the equipment cost by installing a davit mechanism onto a mother ship and installing a weight which can be released onto a submersible boat body and guiding the boat body in the vertical direction by a guide rail installed onto the mother ship. CONSTITUTION:When a boat body 2 is used for marine sight-seeing, a weight 3 is installed onto the boat body 2, which is transferred to the broadside of a mother ship 1, operating a davit mechanism 4 on the mother ship. Then, the boat body 2 is engaged with a guide rail 8, and lowered into the sea, guided by the guide rail. Marine sight-seeing is carried out with the boat body 2 engaged with the guide rail 8 in the sea. When the boat body 2 is lifted, the boat body 2 is raised along the guide rail 8 by operating the davit mechanism, and accommodated into the mother ship 1. When the boat body 2 is used for ocean navigation, the weight 3 is released, and the boat body 2 is lowered by operating the davit mechanism 4, and ditched onto the sea, and released from suspension. Therefore, the boat body 2 can be used for the ocean navigation and marine sight-seeing.
