    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for work becoming complicated during mixing of coating materials as a result of, for example, machinery and tools being used and requiring cleaning for each type of coating material.SOLUTION: As a coating material, slaked lime, glass beads, and a resin mortar-adhesion enhancer are premixed and bagged. When the coating material is used, a suitable amount of water is added to a plastic bag, and the coating material is mixed by being kneaded by hand from outside of the plastic bag. Without using a mixing machine or tool, a required amount of coating material is mixed within the plastic bag and used. The remaining coating material is sealed and stored.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a ready-mixed concrete which can prevent the occurrence of a compositional flaw caused by being unable to make a concrete composition uniform, the flaw becoming a generation start point of a crack.
      SOLUTION: Cement and aggregate are added into a sealed container, and atmosphere inside the container is depressurized to obtain a vacuum state. Subsequently, steam, next water, is introduced into the container, thereby completely substituting air with water. Then, when the internal pressure is raised back to an atmospheric pressure, the content is taken out, and the ready-mixed concrete is obtained as it is, or is prepared by kneading and mixing the content. An air generating agent may be introduced as necessary to improve workability.
