摘要： PURPOSE:To feed a chain by straightening it at high speed by detecting a twist by inserting into a rotary guide the chain continuously fed with giving it a tension from a bobbin and rotating the bobbin in the opposite direction to the twist based on the detection signal. CONSTITUTION:The chain 10 causing a twist is continuously fed with giving a tension from a bobbin 12. This chain 10 is inserted into the guide hole provided inside a rotary guide 15 to constrain the rotation of the chain 10. The rotary guide 15 is thus rotated according to the twist of the chain 10. The twist is detected by detecting this rotation by photosensors 20A, 20A via a detection plate 19. The motor (figure omitted) built in a battery jar box 11 fitting said bobbin 12 rotatably is driven by this detection signal to rotate the bobbin 12 in the reverse direction to the twist of said chain 10. The chain 10 is thus fed to the processing machine of the succeeding stage with constant direction at all times.
