    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, although the conventional window cleaning in automobile is performed by using a wiper, it is impossible to wipe down the whole surface and, in the window cleaning of multistored building, a person should perform the cleaning directly with a manual operation and, therefore, the operation is extremely dangerous and inefficient.
      SOLUTION: An electric field is formed by electrifying a glass main body into positive charge and, by utilizing such a property that material advancing into the positive electric field is repulsed or is attracted to a conductive body having negative charge, the deposition of fouling to the glass main body is prevented and window glass, lens, mirror and the like which are transparent and have excellent field of view can be secured.
