When the load applied to the top face of the cover plate is not more than a predetermined value, the support member holds the cover plate in such manner that the cover plate is in contact with or floating above the sensor sheet, so as not to apply the load to the sensor sheet; and when the load applied to the cover plate exceeds the predetermined value, the support member holds the cover plate in such manner that the cover plate is in contact with the sensor sheet, so as to apply the load to the sensor sheet.
