    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed electrode for a switch that eliminates, with a small space, an excess turning part due to play of an opening/closing mechanism part to an introduction position of a fixed contact of a movable contact blade, and can contribute to miniaturization. SOLUTION: A buffer member 42 is provided so as to cross an extension line of an introduction locus of the movable contact blade 19. The buffer member 42 is disposed between both fixed contacts 31 and 31 and near the tip of the movable contact blade 19 at the introduction position. The buffer member 42 is made of synthetic resin material such as EPR having insulating property and elasticity. Therefore, in introduction, the tip of the movable contact blade 19 collides against the upper surface of the buffer member 42. Therefore, overrun of the movable contact blade 19 in the introduction is prevented, and the movable contact blade 19 does not turn largely beyond the introduction position. Since the buffer member 42 is made of the elastic material, impact of the movable contact blade 19 in the introduction can be moderated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure of a switch having an easy composition in which contact edges can be contacted with equal contacting pressure to a fixed electrode. SOLUTION: In the electrode structure of the switch where two sheet board- like contact edges 16a and 16b elastically sandwich a fixed electrode 13 from both sides to keep closing state of a circuit, a contact part of both the contact edges 16a and 16b with which the fixed electrode 13 is contacted during a closed circuit, is divided into a shape of two forks of a front side contact segment 23 and a back side contact segment 24. Both the segment pieces 23 and 24 are reinforced and held strongly by attaching reinforcing components 17a and 17b which reinforce both the contact edges 16a and 16b to hold the contacting pressure to the fixed electrode 13 during a closed circuit, from the outside of both the contact edges 16a and 16b. The reinforcing components 17a and 17b are formed bending to the both contract edges 16a and 16b side, and the reinforcement support for the backside contact segment 24 is made to be weaker than that for the front side contact segment 23. By this, the amount of displacement of both the contact segments 23 and 24 in accordance with an open circuit operation is equalized.
