    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which can fix object to the specified position simply through a strong magnetical attraction and can simply take out the object through disengagement of the magnetic attraction force. SOLUTION: A holder includes a magnetic force generating yoke part 22 in plane form of such an arrangement that magnets 28a-28e and magnetic bodies 32a-32f are adjoiningly installed alternately. A slide plate 34 is equipped with a first 40 and a second sliding yoke 48 and installed on the yoke part 22 slidably. The first sliding yoke 40 is formed so that magnetic bodies 44a-44f and non-magnetic bodies 46a-46e are adjoiningly installed alternately, while the second sliding yoke 48 is formed from magnetic body in plane form. Over the yoke part 22, a fixing plate 54 is installed with the slide plate 34 interposed, and is furnished with a stationary yoke 60 in a position mating with the yoke part 22. The slide plate 34 is slid so that the first 40 and second sliding yokes 48 are selectively positioned on the yoke part 22 opposingly.

    • PURPOSE:To lessen the hysteresis loss of a magnet for magnetic bearing by a method wherein the magnet for magnetic bearing is constituted of a multiple annular magnet formed by combining a plurality of annular magnets into a concentric circle form, the outer box of the multiple annular magnet and upper covers, which are formed by forming integrally more than two concentric circle-shaped materials having different magnetic permeabilities by soldering and fixing and are used in combination as magnetic diffusion members. CONSTITUTION:Concentric grooves 7 are bored in a high-magnetic permeability material 4 of a constant thickness, annular members 5 consisting of a non-magnetic material are inserted in these grooves 7 and after being bonded to the grooves by copper soldering, the members 5 are shaped into an upper cover form. Here, the soldered thin plate parts of the members 5 are finished thin and precisely while a grinding resistance is adjusted by using together a cutting tool, discharge processing and the like for shaping of the soldering thin plate parts. Then, the upper covers are made to make a soft landing on a separately formed insertion fixing finished magnetic circuit with a magnetic case using an insertion jig or the like, the upper covers are mounted on the magnetic case and are screwed by a terminal 3c. Thereby, a magnet for magnetic bearing, which is small in hysteresis loss and is mounted with a magnetic flux diffusion member which can withstand high-speed rotation, can be manufactured.
