摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel off a splice tape from a main tape. SOLUTION: There are provided a magnetic tape 3, leader tapes 4 each provided at both end portions of this magnetic tape 3, and a splice tape 5 which includes a base member 6 and an adhesive 7 applied onto the base member 6. The splice tape 5 is attached to one of the end portions of the magnetic tape 3 and one of the end portions of the leader tape 4 via the adhesive 7 so as to connect the magnetic tape 3 to the leader tape 4. Furthermore, on the base member 6 of the splice tape 5, there is provided, at a position facing the outer periphery, a pickup portion 8 for peeling-off by using a region onto which the adhesive 7 is not applied.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and the working of a cassette loading device and to ensure the sure junction of tapes by providing an adhering means to adhere a magnetic tape via a splicing tape which is preliminarily adhered to the cut end of the magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:A 3rd splicing block means 12 holding the cut end of a leader tape 4 is moved up to a position where the means 12 is contiguous to a 1st splicing block means 9 holding the leading end of a magnetic tape 8. Then a splicing tape 17 is supplied from a splicing means 16 for the junction secured between the cut end of the tape 4 and the leading end of the tape 8. Thus the tape 17 is adhered to the cut end of the tape 8 held by the means 12 via the means 16. Then the tape 17 swelling out of the cut end of the tape 8 held by the means 12 is adhered to the cut end of the tape 4 held by a 2nd splicing block means 11. In such constitution, the stricture and the working of a cassette loading device can be simplified and the sure junction is secured between both tapes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To draw a tape out at right angles to the axis of a cylinder body by making the leader trailer tape thicker on the open side of the cylinder body than on the closed part. CONSTITUTION:The leader trailer tape 10 whose base end part fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body 1a is made thicker on the side of the opening part 1c from its width-directional 1/3 part at a position of size L1 from a stopper 6 than on the side of a wall part 1b, and as thick as the thickness part at a part of >=L1 size. Therefore, the diameter of the cylinder body on a flange part side decreases by shrinkage in the hardening of the flange part and the leader tape is thicker on the opening part of the cylinder body than on the closed part side, so the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the tape after the leader trailer tape is wound is made axially uniform. Consequently, the tape of video, etc., can be drawn out at right angles to the axis of the cylinder body.
