    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic coin storage count indicator capable of selecting and displaying the number of stored coins by denomination, an amount, and a total amount anytime, and being easily read anywhere.
      SOLUTION: The coin storage count indicator, on an inclined flat plate-like body, includes a by-denomination coin storage groove (hereinafter referred to as a groove), an end plate capable of parallel translation downward by a finger in an upright state at the bottom surface in each groove, a measuring means for measuring a position of the end plate, a signal processing means for calculating the number of coins or the amount based on a signal from the measuring means, a digital display device for indicating a signal processing result, and a switch for selecting a display mode to the digital display device, selectively displays any one of the number of the coins, the amount, or the totaling of the sum for all the grooves on the digital display device for a selected groove by pressing down in the groove bottom direction while the end plate is kept in contact with the uppermost end of the coin face in the groove, and can output the display contents data to the outside, if necessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin counter allowing a person to precisely read a figure showing the sum of stacked coins by use of the positional relation of the position of the top surface of the stacked coin with a scale line corresponding thereto as a clue in the totaling of the sum of a coin group including coins of the same kind differed in thickness. SOLUTION: This coin counter is provided with at least a coin housing part 7 for successively stacking coins in a laminated on a coin stopper S and a scale 50 formed in the coin housing part and having figures showing the total sum corresponding to the stacked number of coins displayed thereon. The scale is provided with at least two laterally arranged scale forming areas 51 and 52, scale lines B and B' arranged upward in parallel to each other at vertical intervals corresponding to the thickness of two coins housed in each scale forming area, and the figures 54 showing the total sum of the stacked number of coins. Each scale line constituting each scale forming area comprises reference scale lines b1 arranged at equal intervals corresponding to two coins of the same kind having a normal thickness, and an extension scale line b2 extended with an obliquely upward inclination from at least one reference scale line.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-wrapping machine which can detect whether coins are sufficient or insufficient in number, when newly issued coins and old coins of the same denomination are wrapped. SOLUTION: A control unit 111 counts coins to be wrapped, while deciding whether the coins to be packed have a specified denomination, and coins which are stacked by the coin stack part for the denomination of coins to be packed are stored in a reference coin stack height data storage means 121, and the stack height of the coins is compared with reference coin stack height data by the denominations stored, in the reference coin stack height data storage means to detect whether the coins are sufficient or insufficient in number, by a coin number sufficient/insufficient state detecting device 22. Then it is decided whether the coins are newly issued or already circulated, and the reference coin stack height of the coins is determined, on the basis of the decision counting result of the control unit according to the number of newly issued coins and the number of coins which are already circulated.
