    • PURPOSE:To generate an optimum AC voltage in any event of operation by allowing a tap changer controller to control a setting input to a voltage adjusting relay during bipolar operation and unipolar operation. CONSTITUTION:The DC voltage of a power inverter side is controlled to a constant voltage under constant-voltage control, so the bipolar operation is changed into unipolar operation, the DC voltage of a power rectifier side should be raised by a voltage drop across the resistance Rn of a neutral conductor 17 by a current ID flowing through the conductor 17. A voltage regulator 19 controls a tap changer 3 so that actual AC voltage of a PT18 has the setting value Vref22. When the unipolar operation is detected from a voltage or current, a contact 21 is closed to adds a value proportional to preset ID.Rn to the voltage setting value Vref22 by an adder 20, boosting the AC voltage of the tap changer 3. Consequently, an optimum voltage is generated in any state.

    • PURPOSE:To supply constant-voltage to a load, by connecting a resistance type potential divider in parallel with the load, connecting a correcting resistor between the low voltage side of the potential divider and the ground, and utilizing a voltage drop generated across the correcting resistor by a load current. CONSTITUTION:Between a low voltage end of a resistance type potential divider of a DC high-voltage power supply device, and a ground point, a correcting resistor RS' is connected in series, and to a differential amplifier 10, divided voltage VD' by a resistance type potential divider RD and RD', and voltage VS'=RS'-I0 applied across the correcting resistor RS' are added in series and are inputted. This voltage VS' is varied by a load current I0. Therefore, VS' having no relation to a value of I0 is generated by inserting RS' related to RS'=RS/[1+(RD+RD')/RD']. In this way it is possible to supply voltage V0 irrespective of a variation of the load current I0, to a load 6.

    • PURPOSE:To hold the terminal voltage of a specific equipment within a permissible voltage variation range by performing tap control so that the lower voltage of an on-load voltage regulating transformer is held invariably constant when pumping operation starts. CONSTITUTION:A dynamotor 1 is connected to a system bus 5 through a breaker 2 for parallel, the on-load voltage regulating transformer 3, and a high-voltage side breaker 4 successively. A transformer 7 for an in-station power source is connected between the breaker 2 and transformer 3 through an in-station breaker 6 and a voltage detector 9 is further connected through a potential transformer 8. A tap controller 10 for the on-load voltage regulator is connected to the transformer 3 and the tap of the on-load voltage regulating transformer 3 is controlled to a tape value set during electric generation or pumping. An exciter 11 is a device for supplying a field current to the field winding 12 of the dynamotor 1.

    • PURPOSE:To set a voltage value with high accuracy, by controlling a driving motor for an electromotive transformer which operates windings split into two summetrically for the feedback correction of the fluctuation of secondary voltage of the transformer. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal device such as a welder, an AC power supply 1 is connected to a primary terminal 4 of an eletromotive transformer 16 and a load 30 is connected to a secondary terminal 5 set to a specified voltage. A welding condition code inputted to the terminal 15 is converted into an analog signal at a D/A converter 12 via a register 14 and a selector 13 and given to a control amplifier 8. The amplifier 8 reduces voltage fluctuation and makes a spedified amplification via an error amplifier 7, applies a DC voltage of both polarities to motors 2 and 2' of the same standards, drives the slider of the transformer 16 symmetrically at the same time and gives a specified voltage to the load. The amplifier 7 inputs the fluctuation voltage at the secondary of the transformer 16 via an absolute circuit 6 and an external signal from the amplifier 8 for amplification to achieve feedback correction in high speed through the motor drive.
