In the container 27, a heating element heating a housed heating medium is provided and a pump making the heated heating medium circulate in the container 27 and the piping 13 through the pipes 25 and 26 is provided. Then, when a photosensitive paper P is developed, for example, the paper P is fed by a pair of supply rollers 20 and inserted between the sheet member 17 and the medium heating surface 12f. Besides, it is carried by a carrying roller 22, on the other hand, the panel 12 is heated by making the heated heating medium circulate in the container 27 and the piping 13 by the pump. Then, the paper P is heated by the heating surface 12f and ejected by a pair of ejection rollers 21.
