    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage test method and an apparatus capable of being applied to containers of various sizes and to various housed materials if a housed component is a liquid. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing closed containers with no leakage, a plurality of closed containers are manufactured. At least one container is arranged in a test condition. By this, signals corresponding to a leakage condition of the container are observed. By creating at least one signal based on the observed signals and comparing the created signal with threshold values, the leakage condition of the container is recognized. In the case that the container is recognized as having no leakage as a result of the recognition on the leakage condition, signals on the container are equalized. The dynamic thresholds values are updated by the equalization, and the container is recognized as having no leakage as a result of comparison. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the vessel without leaks, a plurality of vessels are manufactured; at least one vessel is placed under the testing environment, and a signal is observed in response to a leak conditions of the vessel; at least one signal is generated based on the observed signal; it is determined whether the signal, based on the observed signal, lies within a dynamic signal range; it is confirmed whether the vessel has leaks based on an observation; and dynamic signal range is updated, by using the signal based on the observed signal, when the vessel does not have leaks.
