    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose and provide as a product a regenerated foamed resin pallet for storing and transporting a warhead which has improvements required for a wooden pallet for storing and transporting a warhead needs.
      SOLUTION: A regenerated resin, which is a less expensive resin, is used as a main material and from a manufacture perspective, it uses a foamed resin panel to be processed with a nail or the like. In forming a hole for receiving a warhead, a selection of a regenerated resin is made to form a special hole in order not to spoil the fixture of the warhead and the usability. In this way, all the weaknesses of a wooden pallet are worked on and a safer and less expensive eco-friendly product is obtained.

In addition, in a gap between the container 11 and the parent die 4, a cushioning material, e.g. waste, a linen bag and a fabric or the like, and/or an insulating material 12 such as a fabric are filled, and the parent die 4 is fixed in the container 11 by them. By this constitution, even if a carrier accidentally falls, the impact is transmitted to the parent die after being softened, and an explosion can be prevented from occurring. Also, at the time of an emergency, or at the time of carrying or maintenance under a thunder storm as well, the parent die 4 is being covered with the insulating material 12, and fear wherein the parent die explodes by an electric shock or an electric charging due to a thunder can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a blast-resistant container having a simple structure, being light in weight and having reduced bulkiness by a method wherein an inner compressible layer of a mixture obtained by putting vermiculite in a binder is formed inside a high-strength outer housing. CONSTITUTION: A blast-resistant container is composed of a high-strength housing 20 on the outside, an inner liner 24 separated from the inner surface of the outer housing and an inner compressible layer 26 of a mixture of vermiculite with gypsum or cement. An excellent effect is obtained in the case when the vermiculite has an average grain size of 5-10 mm and when a binder is the gypsum or the cement. The ratio of the vermiculite to the binder is preferably 2:1 to 10:1 on a volume basis. When the content of the vermiculite is made below 2:1, absorption of the energy of blast before transmitted to the outer housing becomes low, although resistance to penetration of fragments becomes high. When it is increased above 10:1, the resistance becomes small, although the absorption of the energy becomes high.
