摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in a capacity of a heat exchanger by allowing a gradient of a fan to follow up a wind direction of a natural wind and stably holding a supply air amount to a heat transfer unit in an air cooled heat exchanger for a thermal power or nuclear reactor power plant. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 5 is provided perpendicularly to a fan shaft 4 between an outer peripheral side of a casing 2 of an axial fan 1 and a trestle 3 of the heat exchanger to hold the entire fan. A beam 7 is laterally bridged between a discharge side of the casing 2 and a lower side of a heat transfer unit 6. An expansion 8 is mounted between a lower surface of the beam 7 and a discharge port of the casing. When a natural wind is weak, the wind is normally forced by the forced power of the fan 1, while when the wind is strong, the entire fan 4 is inclined to forcibly supply the wind.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the circulating cooling water from being deteriorated due to dusts contained in the blast charging to the forced draft type cooling tower and a blower and the like, which are put into operation during the winter, from being frozen. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust ducts 9 of a plurality of exhaust blowers 1 belonging to the ventilating air conditioning facility in a building are concentrated to an outdoor exhaust duct 10 and connected to a cooling tower blast inlet 4 so as to blast the waste gas discharged from the building to packings 6 by means of the blower 5 of the cooling tower 2. The circulating cooling water is sprayed over piping 3 from the upper part of the cooling tower 2 so as to contact the water with the air of blast at the packings 6 for evaporating the water, which is cooled due to the evaporation and flows downward and is received at a water tank 8 in order to be supplied through a piping 7 as the circulating cooling water again. Because the indoor air exhausted by means of the exhaust blowers 1 is cleaner than that of the outside air and is dry during the summer due to cooling, while has a temperature higher than that of the outside air and is highly moistened during the winter due to heating, a large cooling power is resulted and the deterioration of the circulating cooling water is prevented and the blower is prevented from being frozen during low temperature period.
