Even when a heat insulating block 7 at a butt part 28 of the piping 4 is thermally shrunk and deformed, the laminated heat insulating body 32 is expanded/ contracted following this phenomenon to keep a sealing property at the butt part of the piping 4 by packing and inserting the laminated heat insulating body 32 with the direction of compression facing the longitudinal direction 11 of the piping 4 relative to the clearance 33 at the butt part of the heat insulating material on the inner layer side.
