    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging plug lightly operable and capable of preventing a fluid from leaking by securely sealing an outlet by a valve element in the discharging plug for stopping outflow by inserting the valve element into the outlet.
      SOLUTION: This discharging plug comprises a vertical cylindrical housing having, in its side face, an inlet connected to the outlet of a container and the circular outlet at its lower end, a valve element having a cylindrical valve part in surface contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outlet, and an operating means installed on the upper part of the housing and opening/closing the outlet by moving the valve element in the housing. On all the periphery of either of the outer peripheral surface of the valve part and the inner peripheral surface of the outflow, a projected ring in contact with the other surface thereof facing that surface is formed, and the height of the projected ring is brought into such a range that can hold the surface contact of the outer peripheral surface of the valve part with the inner peripheral surface of the outlet. Thus, the discharging plug capable of preventing the fluid from leaking by sealing the outlet and lightly operable can be provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability by preventing occurrence of a scratch on a valve cone surface and a valve body by a turning and sliding function of a cone valve during a switching operation of the valve and facilitate a switching function by reducing turning torque during switching and turning of the valve.
      SOLUTION: An operation lever 5 for switching and turning a cone valve 4 is pivoted turnably in a vertical direction perpendicular to a direction of the switching and turning and held on a positioning groove 7 of a valve body 2 in an engaged fashion, and the engagement with the valve body 2 is released by a downward operation of the lever 5 and the valve 4 is moved slightly downward against the valve body 2 to switch and turn with a small gap formed between both cone surfaces at switching.

CONSTITUTION:A plug 14 for a plug valve has a slightly latter tilt angle than prescribed by Japanese Industrial Standard(JIS) and it makes a turning movement, when opening and closing its passage, not by lifting but by operating a handle 24. when the plug 14 makes a turning movement and its turning movement torque becomes larger than its galling, a torque regulating mechanism 27 on a turning movement mechanism 19 operates to interrupt the torque halfway in a rotation transmission path and stops the plug 14 from making the turning movement operation. At this time, the turning movement operation is possible again by once stopping the operation, operating a nut 26, pulling up the plug 14. lifting it from a taper hole 13, in which operation the cause is eliminated of increasing the turning movement torque by lifting and then the smooth turning movement is again made of the plag 14.
