    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumed in restart of an engine or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a driving system 1 which includes: an internal combustion engine 10; a first transmission 30 disposed downstream of the internal combustion engine 10; a first one-way clutch 60 disposed downstream of the first transmission 30; driving wheels 115L, 115R disposed downstream of the first one-way clutch 60 via a foot shaft 83; and a speed reduction power transmission path transmitting the power of the driving wheels 115L, 115R to the internal combustion engine 10 bypassing the first transmission 30 and first one-way clutch 60. The speed reduction power transmission path includes: a second transmission 70; and a second one-way clutch 75 disposed between the second transmission 70 and the internal combustion engine 10, The second transmission 70 changes a transmission gear ratio to an under-drive side when the rotational speed of the foot shaft 83 is reduced.
