    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear mechanism 4 for attaining a miniaturization, and a power tool provided with the reduction gear gear-mechanism 4.
      SOLUTION: A reduction gear mechanism 4 is provided between an input shaft 5 interlocking with an electric motor and an output shaft 6 interlocking with a chuck for holding a tool. Thus, rotation of the input shaft 5 is reduced by the reduction gear mechanism 4 to be transmitted to the output shaft 6. In the reduction gear mechanism 4, the input shaft 5 and the output shaft 6 are arranged on the same rotation center-line P by means of a gear train 9 (an input side gear 15, intermediate gears 13, 14, and an output side gear 16). A fitting shaft part 17 provided in the input shaft 5 and a fitting hole 18 made in the output shaft 6 are relatively rotatably supported through the medium of a bearing bush 19 provided therebetween.
