    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic operating device which is able to keep a contact open subsequently to immediate opening after closing the contact. SOLUTION: This hydraulic operating device comprises, a driver for closing or opening a contact by movement of a differential piston going forward or backward according to change of hydraulic pressure given to the driver, a combined device which makes the differential piston keep its back position using hydraulic pressure given to the combined device when the differential piston takes its back position and a force to move forward is given to the differential piston, and a maintaining device which releases or supplies the hydraulic pressure to the combined device. To close the contact, the hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic operating device is released by the maintaining device. The maintaining device releases the hydraulic pressure to the combined device in a moment when the contact is closed, but always supplies the hydraulic pressure except this moment.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a liquid due to a vibration and so on and to improve operation efficiency and reliability of a driving unit by forming fitting openings on a cylinder head and a cylinder end and inserting both ends of a pipe into these fitting openings to eliminate bolts. CONSTITUTION:One end of a pipe 42 is inserted into the bottom of one fitting opening 40. Subsequently, a cylinder end 35 is thrust into the lower end portion of a cylinder 33, and a fitting opening 41 of the cylinder end 35 is opposed to the lower end of the pipe 42. After that, the pipe 42 is pulled down, and the lower end of the pipe is thrust into the fitting opening 41. A passage 36 of a cylinder head 34 is connected to the first pressurized chamber 38 in a cylinder 31 through a diverging path 36a, and a passage 37 of the cylinder end 35 is connected to the second pressurized chamber 39. Both passages 36, 37 are connected to each other through the pipe 42. The liquid pressure of an accumulator applied to the passage 36 is applied to the first pressurized chamber 38 through the diverging path 36a and also applied to the second pressurized chamber 39 through the pipe 42 and the passage 37.
